Wow that brings back some memories, and not good ones. The Military is famous for recaps and if you think a five hour meeting is bad try a three day event. It starts out with a intro for what it is about two hours is not an intro. Then an in depth discussion on the goals of the meeting. Day two sub teams break down to discuss all the salient points of the previous goals. Day three they gather together again to discuss the points previously discussed by the sub teams. Then they have a recap and then a closing statement. All for what you ask? How to write a certain document on parking that is less then three pages in length and takes less then 10 min to read. Wow what a very productive meeting, NOT.

Collywobbles is like having a shudder run up your back or a case of sudden twitches and nerves. "seeing you stand on the edge of the precipice gives me the collywobbles."
