My favorite flying dream was when I was younger day dreaming while lying in the grass of my side yard. I would jump up to the top of the tree then float from one tree to the next. Occasionally I would just hover and float a few feet of the ground.

Obdurate, a good word. According to Stephen King "the past is obdurate." I also like diatribe. It sounds like a special tribe of people who are on a diet.

I have never been one for dreaming, snoring according to my wife but dreaming never.

Back then the adults were in charge, now the kids are in charge, I got left out somehow...

Back several hundred years ago man would think the world was coming to an end when we had an eclipse. The native American Indians were far smarter then the Europeans when it came to understanding the stars. For part of his training the medicine man would track the celestial bodies as they crossed the night sky. A falling star was not an ill omen but they were smart enough to use it as a message from the gods normally when they wanted or needed something done that was best for the tribe.

Romance, shudder. Not my cup of tea as the saying goes. I have read what they call chic lit, but not much further then that. I am currently in the middle of a horror romance set of two as a favor to the author who wrote them, I let him know they are not my normal read as I have a tendency to avoid romance so my messages to him will probably reflect that.

Ori, reading is all based on mood and what is happening at the time you read a book. your mood and what is happening at the time determines what you like and why you like it. This is what I believe.

Ori I hope you are back on your feet soon. Groovy dear oh dear what have you done? I think this is going to be a bad winter coming up for you. Cross you eyes arms and legs and turn in a circle three times without falling over and you may avoid what's coming LOL.

I've had three colds in the last two months that's what I get for saying I'm over mine. It started back up while I was on holiday.

Thanks all I'm back yes I would take you but it would upset the wife I can't even take a computer and was lucky I was allowed a book. I swear my cat is seeing things. or she is going loopy not sure which is which.

Droll I thought that meant dry and boring... or do I have it wrong again.

My beautiful friends I am off Sat morning at 3 am to Cornwall so I won't be here for at least a week I will miss our chats but needs must. The Boss says it is time to go away and I must follow I will see you all when I get back.

Ori bake for the pleasure of it as long as you like what you bake that's all that matters. Like our beautiful friend Groovy said if your DH doesn't like them that leaves more for you. Never judge your cooking or in this case baking on the opinion of one person, find other victims, oops I mean people to try them and get there opinion as well.

The art of baking dictates everything to be a certain size, the joy of baking dictates you do it how you like as you are the one to eat it. Enjoy your self in your baking and do things how you like and really enjoy the results of your baking as only you can, with gusto.

Groovy I will find it for you fear not. I know it has flour, caster sugar, butter as well as the zest of 1 orange and half a terry's chocolate orange but the quantities I don't know.

Yuk marmite, it is something you have to be brought up on, my wife and all her sisters love it me and the kids hate it.
