You are right LOL I am more likely to get struck by lightning. Live there on my pension really I would have to be making 5k a month to do that. In 5 days and 4 nights I spent just shy 1000 dollars. or 800 Euro.

Papa Al Pomadoro is a stale bread soup which is tomato based. When done right, it look like tomato oatmeal. Not runny at all.

OK folks sorry for not answering I was away. Took the wife to Florence for her 60th. Lots of sights and lots of walking and even more good food. I am going to be making some Papa Al Pomadoro soup. "stops to wipe drool off his chin" it is fantastic soup.
