Our eighth Poetry Contest theme will be: haiku. Write an haiku( a there line poem consisting of five lines on the first, seven on the second, and five again on the third) about anything.

The word limit for this contest is 500 to 1500 words . However going over by a few words is alright, and going a few words under (fifty words limit under) will be acceptable.

Here we will suggest books to read for the month. These books can range from short stories to novels. Any genre. However, a poll, because it's easy, will decide the book for the month.
Here are a few suggestions to write about:-Imagine what baby food tasted like for your first time
-What if the rain was purple
-What if people were cookies
-The funniest breakup ever
-Losing someone close
-You are assigned to turn off a boom. Describe your experiences.
Shoot-I'll do two tomorrow to keep up the writing goal, since I forgot today:P
