[close] Why would you write that?? This group if for anyone really who has survived any devasting/ emotional books/ series/ etc. This is a safe place to let others know they are not alone in their pain and to pass that pain on to other. *blink blink blink blink*

Yoga to Cope is a nonprofit organization aiming to provide completely free, online, yoga-based resources for people coping with trauma, pre-trauma, grief, depression, and the like.
