[close] The government has created an infection, a way to reduce the population of the world and out America on top. But biowarfare isn't safe, it isn't clean. In creating the virus they ran into a snag- just a little one- reanimation and cannibalistic tendencies. Junkies. The reanimated corpses that crave flesh and spread the virus. But the government has created people, Cranks, with exceptional abilities, each unique, to combat and repopulate the world. These Cranks are forced to undergo testing and drugs to give them exceptional strength and abilities. Welcome, to project Cranks.
