[close] This group is intended to be a place where members can discuss those books that have had a truly transformative impact on their lives--the game-changers, if you will. Your book doesn't have to be a classic, doesn't have to be wildly original--hell, it doesn't even have to be well-written. Part of the power of books is their subjective effect, and this group should give us an opportunity to explore that effect. Your book may be special because of when you discovered it, who gave it to you, what picture is on the cover...anything. Reading is about putting as much into the book as you take out of it. Here we can explore the implications of that process in the real world and discuss some great books and meet some great people along the way.
