[close] ♚ The Selection Roleplay ♚ The prince of Illéa has finally come of age! 35 lucky girl's between the ages of 16 and 21 will have the opportunity to enter the competition. One applicant will be drawn at random from each province and get a chance to win the prince's heart and become the princess of Illéa. Good luck! The selection may seem like the experience of a lifetime but there are thing's that go on behind the castle walls that make the experience a little less then spectacular. Between the rebels from both the North and the South constantly trying to get in, and the sometimes ruthless girl's all fighting for either the crown or the prince, it really all adds up to a whole lot of drama. This is still a work in progress but I'll be finished soon if you want to start making your characters.

[close] Designed to foster and integrate a passion for reading into a competitive, team activity, the 2014 Summer Reading Olympics strives to introduce and unite members, promote the reading books outside of one's comfort zone, and provide a fun, engaging experience for individuals both young and old. This group operates in conjunction with The Page Turners.

[close] This reading group will focus on natural history. We will immerse ourselves within the realm of organisms as we explore the biodiversity of the planet. Discover and discuss animal species ranging from vertebrates such as birds and mammals to soft-bodied organisms such as mollusks, worms and jellies. We will journey throughout the world's biomes via ecological and evolutionary perspectives, the microscopic connections and the life histories of different species. Hopefully we will gain a better understanding of the numerous species we share the planet with. Environmental aspects and conservation measures are also important topics of interest in this group. [close] The 2014 Reading Olympics, a book-driven competition which is sponsored by The Page Turners Group, has officially begun! Athletes have branched out into a series of teams or "countries" that will battle head-to-head for gold, silver, and bronze medals in a multitude of sports. Even though the Games have already started, teams are always in need of additional athletes! Any members who would like to join the French team need only request to join this group.
