[close] Welcome to Latinas en Tri-Cities Book Club, a private space for women in the Tri- Cities area (WA state) who love books, cultura and community. We're a bilingual book club (Spanish & English) created to connect Latinas and Friends who want to read, learn, and grow together through stories that celebrate identity, healing, and empowerment. We meet once a month (in person). All participants must be accepted by the Latinas en Tri Cities facebook page.

[close] Dulce Book Club is a cultural reading group advocating & promoting cultural literature, authors of color, multicultural education, and cultural experiences from around the globe. Dulce's book club is guided by Sententia Vera, a culturist educator fostering the love of language & culture in youth.

[close] A group for lovers of Chinese Poetry. Open for discussion and the sharing of book, poem, and anthology recommendations.

[close] Bilingual Book Club/Club de Lectura Bilingüe The goal is to read one book or short story/poem per month. The reading list focuses on Latin American authors of classic, modern, and/or popular literature, with the occasional book (available in English/Spanish) from other parts of the world. The discussion topic folders are organized by country of author origin.* This group is for readers that want to meet new people, practice their English/Spanish, discover new books, and have fun and stimulating discussions! Perfect English/Spanish fluency is not required to be a member, only the passion to read and the ability to participate. *Origin can be dicey, so an author may well end up in more than one category.
