What happened to Pete??

Kelly I wondered this too! He never turned up again after he vanished from the search party, but he also didn't turn up dead. There's a continuity error ear…moreI wondered this too! He never turned up again after he vanished from the search party, but he also didn't turn up dead. There's a continuity error earlier in the book too, where Duncan and Pete rescue Hannah from the bog but then later Duncan says he and Femi did it. I thought that would turn out to be a significant lie, but now I'm thinking Pete was a late addition to the book, or at least to the wedding party, and just wasn't woven in fully. (There are other times he's just the drug dealer and the guys call him Peter, and I think maybe his role got expanded later.)(less)
