I loved this book, but I don't understand the title. Any ideas?

"Me before You" is one of the love stories that makes you cry, laugh, talk to yourself, and above all it makes you see the beauty of being a blessed human being. This book is not just about love or disability it's about how to proceed and fight in order to achieve something. This book has received a lot of criticism because some people thought it encourages suicide! ? But really is it only about that ? any opinions?

Literally almost all the characters in the story try to make an effort to convince will to not go through with his decision. His family loved him, but couldn't make him change his mind.
However, I do think that it romanticized suicide slightly. (less)
