is this fan fic of The Giver by Lois Lowry published in 2006? Plot is so similar.

Jessica No. It is a series of short stories set in the "Divergent" universe and has NO relationship to "The Giver" series of books, the first of which dates from "1993" NOT 2006.

When it says "The first of four" does that mean 1st of Four like 1st of books about Tobias or literally 4 books?" It's complicated. I only saw #1 - 3. I didn't see #4 on the list.
