Welcome, and thank you for checking out my biography!

From an early age on, I've always had an interest in books. From the way they smell and feel, to how they can envelop you and take you away into a different reality. That hasn't changed a bit. I enjoy a multitude of genres, and I do most of my reading in English, despite being native Dutch.

I've done my fair share of writing as well, though mainly as a hobby. As a teenager I wrote a fanfiction story, 'A Ninja Must See Underneath the Underneath', which can be found for free on Wattpad for those who are interested.

I am also the author of a fictional novel 'The Story of Nora Addison', which I have published via Amazon. Fair warning though, it's not for the faint-hearted. Link below (US):

Currently, I am working on a 'romance' YA story about a 'tomboy' named Jess.

Jess is struggling with a self-identity crisis and serious self-esteem and anxiety issues. She has trouble finding employment in today's society, which leads her to find a mentor (Avery). Together they work out a beautiful friendship and more.

Not sure when it will be finished, but it's coming along quite nicely.(less)

2-stars is generous.

How does this book have nearly 5 stars? because fans give it that because 'nostalgia'. But any respectable reader of the trilogy will see it for what it truly is: a mess.

So, first half of the book... oof. Literally more than half

This book left me feeling a bit disappointed.
The premise was good, but the execution fell flat.

The idea was good, and I like the build-out world around the 'Library' and how it controls everything as an all-powerful entity.

My problem was mainly wit

More of Blooregard's books…
J.R.R. Tolkien
“All that is gold does not glitter,
Not all those who wander are lost;
The old that is strong does not wither,
Deep roots are not reached by the frost.

From the ashes a fire shall be woken,
A light from the shadows shall spring;
Renewed shall be blade that was broken,
The crownless again shall be king.”
J.R.R. Tolkien, The Fellowship of the Ring

George R.R. Martin
“A reader lives a thousand lives before he dies, said Jojen. The man who never reads lives only one.”
George R.R. Martin, A Dance with Dragons

Shel Silverstein
“Listen to the mustn'ts, child. Listen to the don'ts. Listen to the shouldn'ts, the impossibles, the won'ts. Listen to the never haves, then listen close to me... Anything can happen, child. Anything can be.”
Shel Silverstein

J.R.R. Tolkien
“One Ring to rule them all,
One Ring to find them,
One Ring to bring them all
and in the darkness bind them.”
J.R.R. Tolkien, The Fellowship of the Ring

“Leaves from the vine,
Falling so slow
Like fragile tiny shells
Drifting in the foam
Little soldier boy
Come marching home
Brave soldier boy
Comes marching home”
General Iroh
