2015 - See Your Year in Books!
With just over two weeks to go until the end of 2015, it’s time to ask: How was your year in books? Did you read more than last year? What was the longest book you read?
Because so many of you love seeing Your Year in Books, we had a great time creating a fun, new design this year. Don’t keep it to yourself! Share it with your friends and spark a conversation about the books you’ve read.
"But it’s not the end of the year yet!" we hear some of you say. Never fear! Your Year in Books will keep updating until the very last moment of 2015. If you have plans to squeeze in some holiday reading and don’t want to peek until then, Your Year in Books will be waiting patiently. Was it a good year of reading for you? What was the book you loved in 2015 that you wish more people would discover?<

You can download your entire library in CSV format (which means you and open it in Excel.)
I love this! My shortest book felt like my longest! It actually took me 3 days to get through 22 pages. Yes, I did keep putting it down. Some books just don't click for me. Thanks Goodreads!
I love it! But ofcourse I'm still reading and I was wondering if it will also keep updating on FB if I put it up there?
I absolutely love this!! It is awesome to have a personalized infographic of your reading accomplishments. It would be great to be able to look at this graphic for previous years though. A newest and oldest book section would be cool too.

Never was a fan of Excel - we use it too much at work...
This is beautiful!! Really sums up the year, so far ! Have gotten many good tips from the site as well. I love the graph too!! Hope to add a few before the year is out! Thanks !!

No, I get the page and press submit and it does nothing. I got it on my F B but can't get it on Goodread page
Meghan wrote: "Those of you who have page counts that seem somewhat off, did you by chance listen to any audiobooks this year? If so, we're pulling the page count from the most popular print version of the book s..."It would be so great if you could add 'hours' to audiobooks and have them show as well!
Pam wrote: "No, I get the page and press submit and it does nothing. I got it on my F B but can't get it on Goodread page..."Hey Pam, here's a direct link toy your Year in Books:

(If the above link doesn't work, click here)
Does the page load correctly? Are you able to view it?

Comment
: I love the new My Year in Books page. However,
"Congratulations! You're really good at reading, and probably a lot of other things, too." is not a compliment; it's very condescending, actually!
Question : How do I view the Year in Books for my friends?
Indeed a wonderful feature presented in Goodreads. It offers a collection of pages you have gone through as well as tells you where you went throughout the year. A much appreciated gift!
Cobagibu wrote: "I can't believe that I read over 20,000 pages this year (not counting textbooks for school)... don't think I'll be meeting the challenge... at 73 and stated would read 75 and right now reading fouc..."I prefer paperbacks. Cheaper to replace when they wear out than a hardback but even a hardback's better than an e reader!
Taya wrote: "Such a wonderful tool! Thank you for creating it. :) This was definitely a good year of reading for me. I wish more people would discover The Silver Linings Playbook by Matthew Quick! It changed me..."I read that one as well this year! So good.
I really like My Year in Books! I've found myself going back to look at it a few times. The layout is really appealing.
Meghan wrote: "Those of you who have page counts that seem somewhat off, did you by chance listen to any audiobooks this year? If so, we're pulling the page count from the most popular print version of the book s..."Thanks Meghan - but the page counts aren't really pulling correctly.
My "shortest book" read this year is listed as Tamed at 6 pages long. Ha ha.
I'm not too fussed about it - but thought if you were tracking these things, you might like to know.
I absolutely love it! I wish I could copy mine as a memento. I love everything about this useful chart! I also wish we could buy them as posters or SCROLLS from Goodreads!!!!!!!!!!
I just looked at My Year In Books again and I think it would be nice to see maybe the extremes of our ratings...because I would like to see the book I rated the lowest on it as well. Mostly because I saw the most popular and least popular book as well. Thanks though, Goodreads!!! I really love it!!! : D

I've looked at mine at least 5 times now. I really thing this could replace the "stats" page, if there is a way to make it retroactive for the previous years.
I also agree with the suggestions of:
1. Making a paper copy available (what a fun way to raise funds for the site).
2. Adding "oldest published" and "newest published".
AlegnaB wrote: "You did, however, miss at least one book."Kimberly wrote: "Thanks Meghan - but the page counts aren't really pulling correctly. "
We'll be looking into the incorrect audiobook stats - sorry about that!
Barb this year was tough. So busy with work and personal life this is the worse I have done. I have my challenge set at 160 and I'm still behind 3 books but hopefully I'll make it to 160 by the end of year. Read some real good books this year though. Anyone interested check out my read challenge for all 5 star and 4 star books. My participation was also not up to participate but I'm making a promise to step my game back up in 2016. Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year God's willing. Mirrlees
A book I absolutely loathed is prominently featured in this graphic, because it has overall high ratings on Goodreads. Bummer that I can't hide it.

Merry Christmas and Happy New Year to you and your family

Also, is there a way to print/export this list? I would love to share it with some of my PenPals, and as someone else mentioned, print and frame. I may just have missed that linky...
