I'm reading the 1970s trawler murder mystery, A North Sea Tale by Chris Speck https://www.goodreads.com/book/show/5...
I'm reading "Omicidia a Whitehall" by Sarah Pinborough! (https://www.goodreads.com/book/show/2...) so excited!
This week more like "Dreamcatcher" by Stephen King for me... Not so crime or thriller but...kinda supernatural thriller :D
I'm reading the Sunny Randall series by Robert B. Parker. On book #8 book in the series, Grudge Match. Also The Lost Apothecary by Sarah Penner and Loyalty by Ingrid Thoft.
Either Later or Hearts in Atlantis by Stephen King. Right now I'm reading The Greyhound of the Baskervilles: A New Take on A Classic Mystery, an amusing take on the classic.
Way ahead of you, I've been reading whodunnits for the last three months.I am currently working my way through:
Nameless Detective series by Bill Pronzini
Antony Maitland series by Sara Woods
Hazard & Somerset books by Gregory Ashe
Adrien English books by Josh Lanyon
just to name a few :D
My darkly comic hardboiled mystery novel Porno Valley comes out in August, the follow-up to Nobody Move which won Best First Novel in the Arthur Ellis Awards. It would be awesome if interested readers added it to their Goodreads or maybe even pre-ordered it and made my day!Right now myself, I'm about to read book #3 of Joe Ide's amazing IQ series.
Great week to start Murder on the Orient Express by Ms. Christie. Currently on Audible Never Have I Ever by Joshilyn Jackson.
All copies of Moonflower Murders by Anthony Horowitz are in use at my library. Apparently the Mystery & Thriller week promotion is to sell recent stories of those genres. I will read Oscar Wilde and the Return of Jack the Ripper: An Oscar Wilde Mystery by Gyles Daubeney Brandreth as it's a physical book that I borrowed from the library and didn't have to wait weeks or months to get.
