Three major pieces published to date, my works tend towards the dark and are often much inspired by nature, folklore and history.

As a writer, I've always been and forever loved books. However, I only really started to pen and put out major pieces in my late 40s, using writing as a form of recovery following a number of severe mental breakdowns. I still struggle with mental illness, and wholeheartedly recommend writing as a form of therapy.

My major works include:

Nightjar (2018) >>> Set in a feudal future it explores what one creature will do for love eternal...

76 and the Odd 93 (2018) >>> a dark psychological piece that explores the making of a serial killer as the result of an abusive childhood.

Life of Maggot (2021) >>> A magical piece

DNF.

I found it repetitive, unfunny, and grating. Just not for me. Sometimes a reader can be wrong for a book and this was one of those instances.
