The 7th of October -- sort of cloudy Wednesday a.m.

The title is Insidious -- not Invidious -- wow, talk about a synapse collapse. It's embarrassing and slightly humiliating since I had to go down, turn on my computer, dial up the manuscript and double check. See what happens when you're out of town too much? Your brain falls apart --

Bestseller list comes out today, tomorrow and Friday, so if you happen to think about the west coast, the lack of rain, and finally, spare me a tiny thought, cross the digits for a second, okay? Both The Lost Key and The End Game are together on the lists and that's lovely -- I want them to stay there --

Not a single one of you didn't have a reason to put your feet on the floor every morning. Great -- now, question -- about how many books do you read a week?

Anita The End Game has to be high on the best seller lists. It is one of the best you have ever written.

I read, on average, 2 books a week.

Carla I also probably average 2 books per week. It depends on what else is going on in life. I am still working full time, so that puts a damper on my reading, dang it. :)

Linda McAdams It averages about one a week since I read three at a time. However in August I read seven.

Linda McAdams Hmm. Perhaps you have an invidious character in the book "Insidious".
