The Heavenly Host is Coming

I received the edited manuscript this morning September 21. That means my clock is ticking to review the edits/deal with suggestions and format the e-book and Dead Tree edition.

I am shooting for an October 1, 2015 release for the e-book, with the paperback hopefully going up for sale at the same time.

I am going to shoot to do a presale, which I have never done before hand. But I think I have to have the book submitted 7 days in advance for the presale to go online. You submit and it takes Amazon a couple days to approve, thus the 7 day window allowing a fixed release date. (Otherwise you submit and a few days later it magically shows up depending on backlog).
