You can now (subject to your country's store; publishing time is rather random) pre-order The Heavenly Host e-book.

The e-book will definitely be out Oct 1, 2015.
Dead Tree "should" be out the same, however it is still working its way through the accept process and then I have to check the galley print before releasing it. So if there are issues, it might run a bit later.
