I’m an avid walker or obsessive walker. I walk every day and everywhere. I feel lucky, different and strong when walking. I walk myself endorphinous. Walking and creativity are closely linked; I do most of my work when walking, when I’m in my stride. Apart from the obvious benefits, breathing, circulation, toning of muscles, building bones, coordination, balance, burning calories, walking also nourishes the soul and clears the mind. Walking is a body, mind, soul exercise. When I put one foot in front of the other, planning and plotting is easier, walking connects me with the Earth and the Universe through my feet, walking is a whole body experience.
