REALLY WEIRD: It's nice and dark, as usual, alarm goes off, feed the cats, do my own ablutions and am at the point of dressing when the lights go out -- BAM! I look out the window. All of Sausalito is dark, as is San Francisco -- encased in black and I'm sky clad but I know where the flash light is, thankfully, even though haven't had to use it for lo these many years. Well, I truck downstairs to the huge generator I absolutely hate and want to throw into the Bay, I turn it on, and lo and behold -- LIGHTS -- So, I go back down and tell the generator I'm really sorry about hating its circuits (After I dressed and calmed down the cats) and the lights go out again -- replay -- now it's daylight so the electricity can go bonkers and it'll only make working the computer ill-advised (on and off with electricity fries your computer's synapses, so I'm told). It is sprinkling -- gasp! -- but given many of you guys have 20 feet of snow and still have lights, I wonder if my electrical company is that much of a wuss to go haywire with mere drops of rain --

Don't forget, it's FOOTBALL tonight!

As to keeping your own internal generator happy and purring right along (with or without lights), after you get yourself coffeed up, CARDIO time --
