Mid-Week, yet again, the gorgeous 12th of November

I waited to write until it was light outside -- it looks heavy, that's the word that comes to my mind, like it wants to be a crappy day with cold air and overcast skies -- we'll see -- I don't ever look at the forecast, it's more fun to see what develops (well, there are reasons sometimes to know) One of you wrote that you shoveled 15 inches of snow -- I mean, where is this? The Arctic? Maybe north Texas? (Yes, that was a bad joke)

Time to give this some thought: if there's something you really really want to do and you have the chance to do it, TAKE THE CHANCE -- no more yammering about "if only" this that or the other. But you say, "I don't have time, I'm too tired, (blah, blah, blah" -- fill in your own excuse) -- no matter what you can come up with, it has no relevance. You're afraid you'll fail? That it's all for naught? BIG WRONG on both counts. If you fail, it's no big deal, your toes won't rot off, your eyebrows won't fall out -- for naught? That's never true -- Why? Because you're always learning -- So, Go for it, -- DO IT -- Now I've got myself all fired up -- will do lots and lots today and feel good. You too, okay?

Don't forget your one and only body. Without it, you aren't going to go for anything at all. So it's up to you to take good care of it. Lots of cardio, keep your heart healthy and pumping happily along --
