9-YEAR-OLD GIRL LURED WITH CHOCOLATE AND RAPED

A 9-year-old girl was allegedly raped on Sunday evening in New Delhi, India by a 25-years-old man, Gopi Nisha Mallah. According to NDTV report, the victim was reportedly playing with her friends in a park near her home in north Delhi when a 25-year-old man approached them and tried to lure them with chocolates.
