19-year-old student Patrick Nolan of Harding High in Connecticut has been charged with the sexual attack of a male special ed classmate, 16, in the school bathroom while fellow student filmed the incident. According to Nolan's attorney, Mark Phillips, he opined that his client is 'profoundly retarded' and the unnamed classmates and teacher's aides who should have been supervising his client are to blame.
