OWWW!

I took a header down my front steps the other day. Luckily, I escaped with little more than scrapes, bruises and a scratched-up pair of glasses. *siigh* But seriously, I am very, very aware of how lucky I was. No concussion or broken bones, and, while I'm still stiff and sore, I'll heal.

The upshot? Getting old sucks.
