Now it can be told!
There's been something special brewing behind the scenes for the past few weeks, and now I can announce it to the world!
Starting next year (or possibly this December, if I can get my ducks in a row in time) I will be self-publishing, starting with my first (now out of print) menage series, The Courtland Chronicles!
And this time I'm doing them right - completely revised and re-edited, with new covers! And issued in the proper order, which I didn't do the first time, because . . . well, I didn't know I was writing a series until after The Arrangement was published, and then plot-bunnies for three prequels swarmed all over me.
The first book, By Chance is already in the editing stage, and I'm preparing to forge ahead with the next two books, Strictly Business and Complications. Then I'll be taking a break to finish up some other projects before diving into rewrites for The Arrangement and Triad.
I'm incredibly happy and excited to bring these books back into print. *bounces*
Oh, and while I'm at it . . . here's my new logo:

Busy busy busy!
Been burning the midnight oil the last couple of weeks, but I'm happy to say all the hard work's paying off!
My first Courtland book's off to my editor, and I'm already whipping the second one into shape. (Literally - it's got quite a bit of BDSM in it!) I'm currently booking a blog tour/giveaway blitz for this December and working with a cover artist on concepts/designs for the first book. It's all very meticulous and time-consuming, and yet energizing at the same time. So exciting to take full control of my product and my career!
Revamping books I first published five years ago has proven a huge eye-opener. Gawd, did I write some clunky prose back then! I tended to sketch my characters in broad strokes, whereas now I'm more interested in the adding the finer details - more shading, as it were. I'm loving this opportunity to make these books everything they can be.
I'm aiming for a December 1st release date for the first book, By Chance. I'll have another book coming out that month as well - a Christmas/wedding story entitled Fearless, scheduled for December 10th from Riptide Publishing.
And with any luck, I hope to have the second and third Courtland books, Strictly Business and Complications out on January 1st and February 1st, respectively.
Looks like I'll have plenty to keep me busy this fall and winter. :)

I've been hard at work on a bunch of different things lately, not the least of which is getting ready for GayRomLit in Albuquerque. Looking forward to hanging out with fans of male/male romance in the beautiful southwest!

This is a revised, re-edited edition of the first book in my Courtland Chronicles series, originally published by Lyrical Press in 2009.
In fact, I just got the cover for it last night! *drum roll* . . .

And the releases just keep a-comin'! Tonight my new novella Fearless drops onsite at Riptide Publishing!
After over a year together, Connor Morrison and Wes Martin decide to tie the knot. But an ethics complaint regarding their deeply non-traditional relationship threatens Connor’s job and Wes’s Ph.D. The fact that Connor tried to keep it from Wes—even with the best of intentions—makes the situation even worse and casts a pall over their plans for a Christmas wedding in New York.
It doesn’t help that Connor still treats Wes like glass, though Wes insists he’s recovered from the brutal assault he suffered a year and a half earlier. Wes may be okay, but Connor isn’t. Memories of taking a battered, terrified Wes to the emergency room that night still haunt him, and he can’t let go of the need to protect Wes from any and everything life might throw at him.
But Wes has had enough. Between the specter of the ethics complaint and Connor’s overprotectiveness, he’s already beginning to question their plans. Add in a family ashamed of and angered by his choices, and Wes might just leave Connor standing at the altar.
