Assignments

Last year, December, just as I mentioned in my other post, I attended the PHR Brainstorming.  Yeah, I learned a lot from it and it was sooooooo much fun.  I enjoyed being with my co-writers, talking about different sttuffs.  And most importantly, I enjoyed the food.  God, the food was heavenly.  Wala akong reklamo sa lahat ng pagkain na inihain nila sa 'min.  Two thumbs up talaga.  But on the end of the first day, after nung ginawa naming activity, they told us na kailangan naming gumawa ng at least three stories na mula do'n sa mga plot sa brainstorming.  And take note, they gave us a deadline for each story. Wala namang kaso sa 'kin yung deadline.  Kasi yung binigay nila sa 'min was 45 days per story.  Kahit naman gaano ako kabagal magsulat, hindi naman ako inaabot ng ganyang katagal para lang makatapos ng isang MS.  My problem was the stories itself.  I'm not really confident with my plots.  Well, except maybe the plot I got from the plot auction.  I'm currently on chapter nine of my first assignment.  Maybe I will be able to finish it tomorrow.  But I'm not really that confident na ma-a-approve siya.  Yeah, my ussual dillema.  Haizzzz....  Falling For Mr. Persistent (tentative title)  This is the MS I'm currently writing. I'm having problems with it because I think it's a wee bit too dark.  Yeah, masyado lang akong naging masama sa heroine ko dito.  She was a battered child, na na-involve sa grupo ng sindikato and later on became a rape victim.  See?  Ang sama ko 'di ba???  Kaya nga I'm having second thoughts about this.  Feeling ko talaga hindi siya ma-approve.  Pero kasi, kailangan niyang pagdaanan lahat ng 'yon eh.  'Yon kasi ang magiging source ng conflict nila nung hero ko.  But, oh well, ipapasa-Diyos ko na lang siya.  Kung ma-re-return niya, eh di return.  But it would really make me happy kung ma-a-approve siya.  Hehehe. XD    Ang Puso Ko'y Para Sa 'Yo (tentative title)Ito naman ang susunod kong isusulat.   If ever na magagawa ko siya, this will be my first MS na Tagalog ang title.  Hehehe.  This was the plot I got from the auction. The plot goes like this, the heroine was a single mother then the hero would fall for her. Pero ayaw nung heroine kasi feeling niya hindi sila bagay, kaya itutulak niya sa ibang babae si hero. But in the end, silang dalawa pa rin ang magkakatuluyan. Pero siyempre hindi naman pwedeng maging gano'n kasimple lang 'yon. Hahaha.   I plan to put some twist on it.  Sa sobrang pagka-twist baka maging pretzel na siya.  LOL.  Mermaid's Symphony (tentative title)This one, honestly, hindi ko pa alam kung ano ang gagawin ko sa kanya.  Hahaha.  The plot was supposed to be a story based on a known fairy tale.  So obviously, as the title went, based ito sa Little Mermaid.  I plan on making my heroine mute/pipi.  So yeah, balak ko na namang pahirapan ang sarili ko with this story.  LOL.  Hindi ko talaga alam kung paano ko siya i-ju-justify.  Kaya siya na lang ang hinuli ko.  XP  -  Ayun, sana lang magawa ko ang lahat ng 'to before mag-March.  At sana, sana lang talaga, ma-approve silang lahat.  Kung hindi man approve, kahit for revision man lang.  Basta 'wag lang return.  Hahaha.  Wishful thinking lang, lol.  :))
