One of THOSE days

Have you ever had one of those days where everything you do just turns to...?  Welcome to my world.As a writer, I am used to rejection letters, but, that doesn't mean I like them.  I have this series, a paranormal, which everyone loves but no one wants to publish.  It doesn't fit into a prescribed niche.  Have I edited it?  Repeatedly.  The deal is, while there is a strong love story, it isn't a true romance.  The central theme is a mystery of how vampires truly came to be and how they might come to effect the world as we know it.  Urban fantasy best describes it.  Well anyway, I got another "no" today.
Sigh.

I also received notice I had been turned down for a job I interviewed for.  They chose a 30 something over a 50 something.  Go figure!

Even a good deed for a very sick friend and regular customer, got me in dutch at work.  Did I break the rules, absolutely, but with good cause.  Isn't it Judge Judy who always says, "No good deed goes unpunished?"  I rest my case.
