Nanowrimo Week 1: Balancing reading and writing

And I think it's a good time to review myself. Kenapa jumlah wordcount-ku bisa kurang?

Habis aku pikir2 sedikit, mungkin karena aku kurang memperbanyak waktu menulis, sementara sebelum ini aku memperbanyak baca buku.

Which means if I'm to complete my target of 50.000 words this month, I actually have to read less. Which I don't like. Especially since I've tried so hard to catch up to my reading list just a few weeks ago.

But, this is a big thing. To write a novel in a month. To compress my normal 4 months process into just one. Another challenge I set myself, if my novel is to be published in time.

So, I guess I must do it. I have to reduce my reading speed, adds it to my writing time, and actually complete the 50.000 words mark.

Which means I'll have to ignore Goodreads' reading schedule for a while.

Sorry, Goodreads.

You've been a good friend in my reading progress,.

But now, I must ignore you.

For my completed novel. For my own goal. For my own ego.

So, good bye for a while. Don't be mad if I don't pay any attention to you this whole month.

I'm busy writing.
