Art Making In Uncertain Times

There’s definitely been a lot of uncertainty in the world lately.

With everything going on, I completely understand that art may not always feel like a priority. When people are focused on big, real-world concerns, creative pursuits can sometimes feel secondary or even frivolous.

But even so, I’m still here — creating.

Art has always been a way to process, to connect, and to endure through the unknown. It’s a quiet act of hope, even when everything around us feels unsettled. I don’t know what tomorrow will bring, but I do know that making things with my hands keeps me grounded. It reminds me that even in uncertain times, beauty, expression, and small moments of wonder still matter.

A collection of six uniquely shaped and colored vases, each displayed with their names: Cosmic Forge, Brahmanda, Twinflames, Calypso's Embrace, Ashes of Eta, and Hera's Heart. These are a few of my one-of-a-kind raku vessels currently available and if you could help me find them a home with a like or share, I’d be grateful

You can see these vases – and more – here.

Which one of the above vases would you say is your favourite?

Thank you for being here with me, for supporting my creative journey, and for valuing art — even and especially now.
