HostGator Violates Antitrust Law and is Evil

HostGator Violates Antitrust Law and is Evil

I pay HostGator $260 (sometimes more or a bit less) annually to host all my website and domains (which I also bought with them), but when they all were hacked, my web designer told me it was HostGator's server that caused the problems on my websites (not my websites) so they are liable both to reimburse me the cost of hosting, the domains for which I paid and the loss of income while my sites were down for several weeks.

To add insult to injury, HostGator is withholding my EPP authorization codes, which I need to transfer my domains to be hosted at their competitor Hostinger. As I'm trying to change companies to work with and HostGator is again preventing me and engaging in unfair business practices (a clear violation of antitrust law).

I have filed formal complaints against HostGator with the United States Federal Trade Commission, several state Attorney Generals and the Better Business Bureau. HostGator's unethical and neglectful business practices will not be tolerated.

To be added to the class action lawsuit against HostGator email Paul F. Davis with your complaint against HostGator.
