Skype Fraud - Microsoft Fraud, False Charges

Skype Fraud - Microsoft Fraud, False Charges

Complaint: 22035386 with the Better Business Bureau (against Skype owned by Microsoft)

I am rejecting this response because Microsoft's assigning my case to some internal employee to investigate the matter is insufficient. Microsoft / Skype must refund my $39 immediately as I never agreed to this charge, never authorized the charge, and furthermore my Skype account is shut down and does not work (not being accessible). How then can Skype justify charging me for an annual service I DO NOT USE.

Skype and Microsoft are committing CONSUMER FRAUD and this warrants a CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT for punitive damages to reimburse consumers being defrauded by the company. Moreover, I am a poorly paid school teacher. If Microsoft / Skype will rob an educator, they will cheat and steal from anyone.

I pray a lawyer with brains and backbone will read this BBB complaint and rise up to litigate the matter on behalf of consumers quickly.

Sincerely and respectfully,

Paul F Davis
