I will calm down eventually, but this is a huge achievement, along with my supernatural books, Freya's Child & Where Rivers Meet, that made it to the FINALISTS for the Book Awards.

It doesn't have to be big. We're not in competition. It's about finding what is important to you and working towards that goal. Even if it's,
'I got out of bed and made peace with my day' THAT is an amazing achievement.
I had to work through that myself last week, on finding my book didn't win. I was gutted. I felt sick with disappointment. But I picked myself up, dusted off my negative energy and will continue.
