Roscoe Hi Doug, Without going into too much detail as it is an ongoing investigation, my old publisher has not paid any authors royalties and her behaviour…moreHi Doug, Without going into too much detail as it is an ongoing investigation, my old publisher has not paid any authors royalties and her behaviour was less than professional in many ways and is coming up with all kinds of excuses - so action has been taken. many authors are still fighting to get their rights back - I was the lucky one. It reverted back to me in January and so I re-released my award-winning novel, 'Echoes' again.
The how, is, I asked for it back and she agreed. If you aren't happy with the publisher, then check your contract. Mine had broken the contract ten fold, so there was no come back. Good luck :)(less)
