Saturday, 27th February: Okay, first vaccine shot: just a slight injection site soreness, nothing more. The second shot, Wednesday a.m., then Thursday evening, there was swelling around the injection site and soreness at the injection site an I was like super cold for a couple of hours, No fever, then fine. So, if you're worried, don't be. It's a piece of cake given the alternative (as many of you have pointed out) If you're down and out for a day or two, again, keep the purpose in mind and the pay-off.
It's gorgeous out, high today 64 degrees. The Cantina in Mill Valley -- LUNCH today, then maybe a hike, we'll see.
Did everyone do some exercise yesterday? Don't lie to me, I'll know it, the exercise minions in your area will text me and rat you out in a nano-second. If you were a slacker yesterday, today you must do something, despite what the winter weather is like. Stationary bike? treadmill Up and sown the stairs a dozen times? Walking to the mailbox a dozen time? The gym? hear they're safe enough now particularly if you're careful (mask and social distancing and maybe wear some surgical gloves, and you've been vaccinated -- if you can, get OUTSIDE and soak in the rays. It's a glorious day, cold or hot weather, who cares?

I'm Baaaack!

Update on BOMBSHELL, the 17th FBI Thriller: I'm nearly finished with the edit. The cover is very cool, explodes with eye-popping color. BOMBSHELL is set in Maestro, Va., (the setting of the 10th FBI thriller, POINT BLANK) and in Washington.
JEWEL OF THE LION (first thriller in A Brit in the FBI series partnered with J.T. Ellison). JEWEL moves fast and you don't know what's going to happen on the next page, and you're biting your toenails or a zombie's toenails. J.T. is an excellent plotter and that means when we brainstorm no plot gets left behind.
Alas, no kids want candy enough to crawl up our oxygen-deprived steep driveway, and the sad thing is, I still have a big bowl of candy, every year, but no one comes, not even the zombies with brain bags.
Take care, Catherine
