Bart's Books. I like the sound of that! This bookstore is located in Ojai, California. In fact, it's not too far from where I was born.

What kind of a place is Bart's Books? Let's just say that if you want to buy a book and no one's there, you can just throw your money in the door slot. Because the good people at Bart's Books trust you.



I was woefully ignorant of Bart's Books until a FlavorWire piece noted that it's one of the most beautiful bookstores in the world. And between that sublime name and this lovely courtyard, who am I to argue?
