Meditation + Talk: The Freedom from Suffering in the Buddha’s Central Insight

My talk focused on the Buddha’s central insight, beautifully summarized in this teaching from Ajahn Chah:


If you let go a little, you’ll have a little peace.
If you let go a lot, you’ll have a lot of peace.
If you let go completely, you’ll be completely peaceful.
