What does mindfulness mean? And what are its benefits?
Mindfulness is noticing what you notice. It is being aware of the fullness of each passing moment without labeling, judging, or analyzing.
The benefits are expanded awareness, also known as higher consciousness — a richer, fuller understanding of yourself and the external world.
Use the opportunity this pandemic quarantine provides us to begin a daily mindfulness practice. Regain the parts of your life given-over to reviewing past regrets and fears of the future.
