I don't set up vendor-page pre-orders for these e-novellas. They go up whenever they are ready, and are available for purchase immediately. Pre-orders are a hold-over from paper book publishing, when publishers tried to get a guess at what numbers to set a book's print run. Its only utility that I can see in epub might be to catch impulse sales folks couldn't remember wanting later when the book finally comes out, or, possibly, to game the best-seller lists, though the utility of the latter seems ephemeral to me.
Ta, L. Also waiting eagerly for the story to appear on a reading device near you

Yes, it's only just gone up within the hour. It usually takes a bit to settle in, and to penetrate all the other country-Amazons. The look-inside feature and cover weren't up on US a few minutes ago, and now the former is. Both seem to be present and accounted for on Amazon UK. I'll post the link above when I'm sure it's all done loading.
Nook is still lagging this morning, I see, and they are often quite fast to upload, so I presume yesterday's issues persist. (Also, my Spectrum person who does Nook is a few times zones west, and may not be up for the day for a rematch yet.) Again, I'll post when there is something.

Not on Overdrive. The only Pen &Des story we have up on Overdrive is "Penric's Demon".
This was the result of the experiment we did last year, in response to fannish pleas, to put my indie books up on Overdrive. We fought our way through Overdrive's notable non-responsiveness and prepped five titles, which eventually went up. The results, so far, really have not repaid the effort.
It's possible that the Big Publishing Companies may be getting a better deal, but I do not recommend the service for indie authors.

(It's possible that if Blackstone picks up the title they will have it up in due course, but afaik it's not even submitted to them yet, let alone bought.)

Overdrive gets the audiobooks from Blackstone, yes. I am not privy to the inner workings of their deals.

Many thanks for all the pleasure Pen and Miles and Fawn and Dag and so many others have provided!

Yeep, speed reader...!
Thank you kindly.
Still waiting for Nook. There were, as I understood it, technical difficulties from the Nook website side yesterday. I suppose we will know when they are overcome.
As soon as they are, I think I will set up a spoiler-discussion-space post, as with the prior novellas. It doesn't seem quite fair to do so yet, though.

I have pretty much given up pre-ordering, after too many times of forgetting I had preordered and ordering again and ending up with two (or more!) copies. Luckily B&N were pretty forgiving about taking back the extras. Now I just make notes and hope I don't lose the notes.... I'll check B&N again tomorrow.

Well, I am recovering from knee surgery and have more time than normal to devote to reading. And things that I love I tend to read once quickly to find out what happens and then again, slowly, to enjoy the journey more completely and observe how the work is put together, savor the language, etc.

I hope so, but that's up to Blackstone, who may not actually know it exists yet. First it needs to be submitted, offered for, and get its contract signed, before any sale should be announced. I also want to capture all the last trailing errata before giving them a text file to read from, although production matters can run separately from, if after, business matters.

Yes, there will be an audio version, from Blackstone as usual. We were late getting it submitted, so it will be a few more months yet working through production (usually 4 to 6) but it is in train now.
