"I don't bed every pretty woman I meet," he said defensively. He may have in the past but in the last few years, he'd changed his ways. He was more selective. He even had an adult relationship that lasted more than a few months. The last one had made it to four months to be exact until said girlfriend decided she wanted a boyfriend who was a rock star and not one that had been a rock star. So what was Katie complaining about?
She took a seat at the counter. "I've been working with you from the beginning."
