Maths Test

I have long believed that numeracy is every bit as important as literacy. Setting aside the applications of advanced mathematics, having the ability to calculate how much change you are owed after making a purchase without relying on a calculator is incredibly useful. Likewise, becoming financially responsible is basically impossible without a reasonable degree of numeracy.
