Wednesday 3rd October -- Done with THE LAST SECOND -- today and tomorrow I'll go over parts of it again, ---- just to make sure all is cool and ready for your consumption.

Today, my pets, you're going to go all out. It's mid-week, no slumping for you, nope, you're going to climb aboard your bike or put on your running sneakers, or step onto a treadmill -- you're going to MOVE -- here's the deal, you don't move, you might as well hang it up because sooner rather than later, that's what your bod will do. You're thirty? MOVE, make it a daily habit, keep those muscles nice and strong and flexible. You're 60? You MOVE, a daily habit, keep those muscles nice and strong and flexible. You're 80? MOVE -- etc. --
