Tuesday, October 2nd -- BIG YEA! for nearly all of us: 4-0 for Week 4, NFL -- did you see that left-handed shovel pass from Mahomes with defenders hanging off his back? A very exciting game. So I'd say 80% of us are 4-0 this week. Next week? Don't hold your breath, I've found the 4-0 weeks are few and far between. Goodness, the Denver stadium is LOUD.

Work today, THE LAST SECOND is really coming along, plan to finish and send off Thursday. BIG HUGE YEA (even bigger than for football)

Get up your Halloween decorations and send me photos. I really like the one with all the skeletons on the porch -- but what if you were tipsy and wandered out there at night -- scare the crap out of you. The tree with the Halloween figures on it, very clever -- Yes, I'll be sending photos as well --

Today, you're going to get our your stretchy band (if you don't have one, expect a minion to toilet-paper your house) This is enough -- GET A STRETCHY BAND -- and stand straight, grasp the band as close together as you comfortably can and slowly go out and in -- really feel it between your shoulder blades. Gut in. Then put middle of band under a foot and slowly pull up and down -- for biceps. More, as many as you want -- Google other exercises. And do not forget, CARDIO -- or forget the Halloween candy --
