Tuesday, March 6th -- Lots of you are still enduring crappy and extra crappy blizzard, painful snow/rain/sleet/ice -- Seriously, if it's possible, MOVE -- why spend six months of the year being controlled by the weather? I know, I know, it's Home and there's family -- get everyone to move. How's that for a doable suggestion? Yes, I'm making fun of myself, but --
Work today, trying to finish the blasted Grayson Sherbrooke novella and work this afternoon on the copy-edited PARADOX, and that brings up a great announcement:
ANNOUNCEMENT: AT LAST -- BOTH BARNES & NOBLE AND BOOKS A MILLION HAVE SIGNED COPIES OF THE SIXTH DAY AND PARADOX FOR YOU TO PRE-ORDER. Goodness, that took long enough, but at last, now it's all a go. Let me know if you have any problems at all, all right?
Yesterday, it was leg lifts and cardio, today, it's bis and tris -- arm rolls or free weights. Everyone knows how to do these right -- do 3X12. I really really like stairs -- if you do those a dozen times, sure your shoulder blades are back, feet straight, butt working, gut in -- then you don't have to hop on your stationery bike -- I've asked the minions, and they agree that'll do you for today -- hunker down, all of you who are getting frozen, stay warm, and read, especially me --

I'm Baaaack!

Update on BOMBSHELL, the 17th FBI Thriller: I'm nearly finished with the edit. The cover is very cool, explodes with eye-popping color. BOMBSHELL is set in Maestro, Va., (the setting of the 10th FBI thriller, POINT BLANK) and in Washington.
JEWEL OF THE LION (first thriller in A Brit in the FBI series partnered with J.T. Ellison). JEWEL moves fast and you don't know what's going to happen on the next page, and you're biting your toenails or a zombie's toenails. J.T. is an excellent plotter and that means when we brainstorm no plot gets left behind.
Alas, no kids want candy enough to crawl up our oxygen-deprived steep driveway, and the sad thing is, I still have a big bowl of candy, every year, but no one comes, not even the zombies with brain bags.
Take care, Catherine
