Tuesday, December 5th -- Tell me, which NFL team disappointed you most yesterday? (not necessarily your own favorite team). I am so pleased the coach/gm of GIANTS got fired -- The Maras did the right thing eventually (after they got criticized by the world) -- no more McAdoo and GM -- that was certainly a disaster. And Eli's back. Does anyone think McAdoo will get hired by another NFL team?

Today, it's the Christmas season and time for the final elimination of your bat wings, -- you've been working right along, arm rolls daily, three sets, right?
