Oh, I love your description of Cephas; he sounds like the coolest.
And I hear you about the fur... I brush our hellhound twice a day, and it still looks like I'm shearing a sheep as the "wool" flies!
(I periodically have to mow the lawn...not because of the long grass, but to pick up his fur.)
