The Blackstone/Downpour or Audible release of "Penric's Mission", third novella in what is becoming its own little series, is to be released February 7th; again, Grover Gardner narrates.

Excellent news. I can see that my current (very long) audiobook is going to be interrupted for this, if I don't finish it by then.
I am looking forward to listening to Penric and Des and friends. Also hoping that sometime in the foreseeable future LMB will feel happy sharing some further tales in this series with us. If not, my world is richer for having met Penric and Desdemona, but I would also enjoy further stories if possible. I could not foresee where Penric and Desdemona would go when I first met them in Penric's Demon, so I can't guess what will happen when they (and their new friends) leave the mountain where they have been singing.

Brenda, the Penric novellas, narrated by the master, Grover Gardener, are fabulous as audiobooks. Off to pre-order the 3rd one. Impatiently waiting for February 7th.
