September 1, 2016 -- Imagine, yes, it's here -- September means Fall is right around the corner -- Got home yesterday -- Hooray for Delta -- both going to Savannah and coming home, everything was on time, such a treat when that happens. Plus I love the Atlanta airport, Hartfield, I find it very easy, everything is there, food, shopping, everyone is nice, and the trains are fast. And the luggage arrived as well. An even greater treat. Good trip, but crappy wifi --
Hilton Head -- The Moss Creek author's series -- organized by Eileen Hutton, who knows every author in the universe. I've known her for years. She's a sweetheart. Now that was fun. Lots of folk there, all smiling, all ready to be entertained and I tried my best. I signed books. One guy was a cop from New Jersey visiting family on Hilton Head. I asked him if I ever lacerated his cop's sensibilities (meaning, do I ever screw up and you throw the book across the room?) And he said, "Nope, you're always 110%." And isn't that neat? However, it has to be said on the off-chance you guys don't know: IT'S VERY VERY HOT THERE, (sort of like stepping under a wet blanket, but then you go into a restaurant and they have the AC on ten degrees, so you have to cart a sweater around)
It is so good to be home. Isn't that always the case? Your own bed, everything smells right and looks right and there are the cats hiding or strutting in front of you with their tails in the air. At least Eli came into bed in the middle of the night to snuggle.
You all gave me a minute of your workouts and it's greatly appreciated. So you can stop today, now it's on my head entirely. Today, after your cardio, I want you to hit the free weights. If you do not have free weights, I will have to send the exercise minions to your house and string toilet paper over your front door. GET THEM -- they're quite cheap and you need them -- today really heavy on Tris and Bis -- remember, one way be powerful, the other way, very very slowly -- three sets --Yes, today is an easy day -- that's because you're all sweethearts --
