Happy birthday to mtlawson   (his birthday was 3 days ago, along with mine, but yanno, I'm late). We're twins! At least Gemini twins, right? 

Boy is recovering slowly from the tonsil amputation. And we finally got some warmer weather! All the way to 82 the other day. Whooohoo!

We painted the garage. It needs some touch ups, but looks good.

Planted some flowers with the girlie. That was tons of fun. I'll have to get some more because she loves it so much. Annuals, which I don't usually plant, but see the next paragraph.

So the thing is that we've decided to sell our house.* We're trying to get it ready for the market and I don't know if we're going to be able to sell it, since we've got an idea about what we want to sell it for and that might not happen. On the other hand, it could. We've been clearing stuff out and into storage, taking stuff to Goodwill and the dump and cleaning and all that. It's quite a project. We've been here 12 years. So anyhow, been talking to some real estate agents and doing all those things we need to do to get it ready, all the while trying to do the tonsil thing and write. But it's coming along. Still have a fair amount to do, but I can see the light at the end of the tunnel and it might not even be an oncoming train.


*If you ask what we're going to do after that, the answer is, it depends. Our goal is to move to Oregon, but I'm not sure how long that will take. Since house sales can take a really long time, it may be quite some time.
