3-16-Wednesday -- I see most of you survived the Ides of March, but one of you didn't and that was because she didn't make and eat SOUP -- so let that be a lesson, always a nice hardy soup in the Ides and you'll come through unscathed -- well, naturally, the cardio also helps, big time.

Mo work today, but isn't that always the case? It's the reason you plunk your tooties on the floor every morning -- work to earn enough money to feet the cats. I do hope your work is fun/fulfilling, satisfying, that you enjoy it more often than not -- now, listen. If you HATE your job, then don't be miserable, don't whine, don't hang your head and say I've got to do it so my cats won't starve. No, you will immediately start looking hard to find a new job. Life is far too uncertain to be miserable -- We all know life is short in the long scheme of things (like Shakespeare said so much better) -- and it's tough, but you need to savor every single day. So, the bottom line is: if you spend 8 hours of your precious day doing something you HATE, then stop it. Only you can make that happen.
